Refund MUST be claimed /filed within 5 days of receipt of the item or NO claim is permitted.

The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

Please capture any damage to the items with a camera  and save all receipts or screen shot all confirmations of payment and of the product tracking details. 

You will upload these items to our website as a part of the returns process.  Product pick-up times or Drop off locations will be sent to via email. 

Our team will send a return product received email to your email on file.  Within 30 days of the date from which your product(s) was/were received, a full or partial or store credit refund
will be issued upon inspection of the product and its acceptance.  Nomad X CBS reserves the right to issue any type of refund which will depend on the condition of product upon return.

Delivery Times Vary Depending On The Region And The Product Being Shipped.  Times Could Range From 7-30 Days From The Date Your Product was Shipped.  In Some Limited Cases, Products May arrive in 2-3days in Europe & North America.

If Faster Delivery Times Are Available, Diamond And Platinum Members Will Be Contacted For Additional Shipping Options.

For EU Citizens, VAT & Taxes will be included where applicable; for all other customers, taxes are included where applicable tax laws apply to your country. 

In remote locations or hard to deliver regions, products can take up to 30-40 days, longer in exceptional cases, where shipping back-ups due to man-made, weather, or natural disasters exist or have occurred; or, during holidays due to high order volumes shipping times could exceed p40 days in these regions (e.g. South America, Africa).

If an order is processed to an area, region or country that we cannot deliver, an immediate refund will be given along with an email indicating our inability to process your order.
