"Hamsa" Hand Pendant Amulet in Oxidized Sterling Silver
The symbol of an eye embedded in the palm of an open hand is recognized as a sign of protection in many societies throughout history, the hamsa is believed to provide defense against the evil eye. It has had several names, including the hamsa, the eye of Fatima, the hand of Fatima, and the hand of Miriam.
The pendant is finished by hand in oxidized sterling silver for a vintage, artisanal look. Pendant comes on an adjustable waxed cotton cord or sterling silver chain and has a nicely weighted luxurious feel.
