DELIVERY, RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Delivery Times Vary Depending On The Region And The Product Being Shipped.  Times Could Range From 7-30 Days From The Date Your Product was Shipped.  In Some Limited Cases, Products May arrive in 2-3days in Europe & North America.

 

If Faster Delivery Times Are Available, Diamond VIP Members Will automatically Shipped at the fastest available option.

For all checkouts, VAT & Taxes (JSTs, GSTs, SSTs, HSTs, QSTs) will be added where applicable tax laws applies to your delivery.

 

In remote locations or hard to deliver regions, products can take up to 30-40 days, longer in exceptional cases where shipping back-ups due to man-made disasters, weather, or other natural disasters exist or have occurred; or, during holidays due to high order volumes shipping times could exceed 40 days in these regions (e.g. South America, Africa).

 

If an order is processed to an area, region or country that we can not deliver, an immediate cancellation or refund will be given, along with an email indicating our inability to process your order.

RETURN, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGE PRODUCT INFORMATION

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless membership benefits apply.

 

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If a refund is issued, it will be for the items cost on your invoice minus original shipping cost accounting for any discounts.

If you are not satisfied with a Nomad X Cross Border Store purchase, it is possible to exchange that product for a new product or a refund.  In all cases, the product(s) must be returned new and/or it’s damaged arrival condition for a refund or exchange to be issued unless membership benefits cover your products for shipping damage.  

 

Please capture the arrival state of the product with video or by photographic methods.  Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser unless you are a Gold (three returns for Gold VIP) or Diamond VIP Member; in which case, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you after the product is received in the conditions described in this return policy or as described on our Nomad X Cross Border Store.

 

Any shipping cost associated with the original order WILL NOT be refunded unless membership benefits apply.

Non-Members or Standard Members, returns must be received within 120 days from the date of shipment to the address provided by the purchaser.  In remote locations or hard to deliver regions, products can take up to 30-40 days, longer in exceptional cases, where shipping back-ups due to man-made, weather, or natural disasters exist or have occurred; or, during holidays during periods of high order volumes.  If 120 days have expired since the shipment date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or offer an in-store-credit (except proven exceptional cases as determined by Nomad X Cross Border Store).

For Gold or Diamond VIP Memberships, the 120-day time limit does not apply unless items are returned in a conditions other than described in this return policy or return webpage.  Gold and Diamond VIP Members may be given a return address for their items to a European or South-East Asia location which will be provided to you through email by our customer service.

Before returning a product, please proceed first to the returns webpage to enter your return information.  Please save important details such as the invoice number, order date, and method of payment.  We will then contact you once we receive your information from the returns webpage, when the return product has been received, and when a new product has been shipped in the case of an exchange.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of the received item(s) to the original purchase method or a negotiated payment method available to our store.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; examples include perishable goods such as foods or used apparel cannot be returned.  We also do not accept products that are intimate garments, soaps/cleansers, make-up products, sanitary goods or purchaser damage items as determined by our return inspection staff or supplier inspection staff or 3rd party contracted affiliate.

SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS OR IN-STORE-CREDIT MAYBE GRANTED (AT NOMAD X CROSSBORDERSTORE’S DISCRETION)

 

-Book with obvious signs of use
 

-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
 

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to ours or manufacturer/supplier defects.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason for the denial of a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or your credit card issuer.

 

It may take 1-7 days before your refund is posted to your payment method from the date Nomad X Cross Border Store issues the refund.

There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your card or bank account.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only the sale price (including VAT/Taxes) is refunded minus shipping cost, as indicated on the original invoice accounting for any discounts.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival or in a new condition and at our discretion ultimately.

Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  Once you have received a confirmation that your exchange product has been shipped, the times outlined previously in this policy will apply as if you are ordering a new product.
