GENERAL INFORMATION

NOMAD X CROSS BORDER STORE does not currently provide an estimate of import taxes, fees, and duties; nor, do we currently collect a deposit for such costs. These cost to you are a moving target, many countries do not add these cost to you, however some countries do. These costs can range from 0% to 60% in places such as Brazil, total CIF (Cost, Insurance, & Freight) times the customs duty rate for your country. Contact your customs office of the destination country for more precise information.

Import Fee, Taxes, & Duties calculations are generally comprised of the following, but not limited to the following:

Product category and price
Shipping costs and package weight
Customs clearance channel
Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

We collect taxes for the following taxes at checkout based on the total cost of your order (e.g. VATs, GSTs, JSTs). However, import taxes, fees, and duties are paid by the customer.

The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.

Diamond VIP members are refunded these cost for their orders.
